Job description

Campus Security Officer

Location: Ballou Junior High

Position: Campus Security Officer

Rate: See Security Salary Schedule

Hours: 8 hours per day

Schedule: Varies

Calendar: 195-Day

Notes: THIS POSTING IS FOR THE 26/27 SCHOOL YEAR This position serves grades K-12. Generally reporting to one school per day. The purpose of this position is to provide for the safety and welfare of students during non-classroom activities; minimizing the frequency or severity of harmful incidents; and communicating observations and/or incidents that may impact a general wellbeing of students and school personnel. External applicants will be given the APPLY option once the internal bidding process has been completed.

License, Certificates, Bonding and/or testing Required Valid Washington State Driver's License CPR and Red Cross First Aid Certificate Washington State Patrol and FBI background clearance Pre-employment physical is required
