Job description

Pilatus PC-24 First Officer

Location: New Castle, Delaware

Employment Type: Full-Time

flyADVANCED is seeking an experienced Pilatus PC-24 First Officer to join our Part 91 flight operation based in New Castle, Delaware.

We are looking for a safety-minded, professional aviator who demonstrates sound judgment, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to operational excellence. While previous Pilatus PC-24 experience is welcomed, it is not required. We are seeking an experienced ATP who will be a strong cultural fit for our flight department and represent flyADVANCED with professionalism both in and out of the cockpit.

Pilots are expected to reside within approximately a two-hour drive of the aircraft base or be willing to relocate prior to their start date.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Pilot in Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight.
  • Conduct flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, Aircraft Operating Manuals (AOM), Flight Operations Manuals (FOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with flight planning, weather analysis, performance calculations, aircraft preparation, and post-flight duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and safety.
  • Assist with passenger briefings and help ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Maintain effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and sound aeronautical decision-making.
  • Communicate maintenance discrepancies and assist with required documentation.
  • Represent flyADVANCED professionally while interacting with owners, passengers, vendors, and fellow crew members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Flight Operations leadership.

Qualifications

Required

  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
  • FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
  • Multi-Engine Rating
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to reside within approximately a two-hour drive of our New Castle, Delaware base

Preferred

  • Previous Part 91 and/or Part 135 flight operations experience
  • Turbine aircraft experience
  • Corporate aviation experience
  • Previous Pilatus PC-24 experience (preferred but not required)
