About This Opportunity

The Junior Financial Operations Analyst provides general accounting/financial analysis for the Operations and Divisional Control team. This position is cross-functional, working in tandem with sales, design, planning, sourcing, production, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate accounting teams.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in sourcing meetings and price negotiations
  • Review, compile and reconcile product costing
  • Maintain financial matrices (raw material pricing, purchasing records, expenses, etc.)
  • Assist senior management in making accurate pricing and strategic business decisions
  • Review invoices/expenses for accuracy and investigate any discrepancies
  • Report generation, including but not limited to, sales/shipping forecasts, inventory analysis, production allocation
  • Assist with operational oversight and issue resolution between production teams and manufacturing partners
  • Travel and expense audit and approval

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level to 3 years in operations, finance, and/or accounting
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (including contact with Executive and Senior Leadership as well as supply chain partners)
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and proactive thinker
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills a must
  • Must be a team player, but also have the ability to operate independently
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.)
  • Simparel and/or PLM system knowledge a plus
  • 4-year college degree required (Finance, accounting, and/or supply chain management preferred)
  • Ability to protect confidential/proprietary information

Rate: $70,000 - $80,000
