Position: Jr. Account Executive
Location: Houston, TX
City Wide Facility Solutions is the nation's leading management company in the building maintenance industry. We help businesses simplify facility maintenance by coordinating more than 20 facility services through a single point of contact. As we continue to grow in the Houston market, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive who is eager to develop their sales career and contribute to our continued success. 
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated professional looking to build a career in business-to-business sales. The Junior Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of our Houston territory. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, persistence, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a high-performance sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect daily through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Baton Rouge market.
  • Schedule appointments and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to support the sales process and close new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed activity, appointment-setting, and sales performance goals.
