Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist other members of the product line in researching and developing materials and tools to ensure sales success across multiple industries
  • Help curate and organize product research and data collection for multi-media formats to train and inform fellow employees of new products and new product developments
  • Participate in the audit of products, both internal and external
  • Attend industry-specific trade shows to gather new product information and support sales staff with technical knowledge
  • Monitor the automotive market and assist in developing competitive analyses
  • Support the development and launch of new products and services through a multi-channel market strategy
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and market challenges
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to provide information and images for new marketing materials
  • Support in the research for product information, ADA standards, and FMVSS requirements that are thoroughly met in any company materials that advertise products
  • Support the product line with technical product information for all channels, both internal and external. Channels include, but are not limited to, print, email, digital, and internal documentation
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Some experience in engineering, research, or in a similar role within the Automotive industry
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or industry experience
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing, vehicle upfitting, automotive mechanical systems, the automotive industry, and technology
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and creating content
  • Able to interpret data into useful information for the company's benefit
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technological advancements in a fast-paced work environment
