Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a mission focused on solving some of the Intelligence Community's most complex and innovative technical challenges. This position is on-site in Fairfax, VA. The DevOps Engineer will support a critical intelligence marketplace that enables agencies to discover, reuse, and deploy mission capabilities more efficiently. Join a highly automated environment where engineers build secure cloud infrastructure from the ground up and develop solutions that directly impact national security missions. Responsibilities for the DevOps Engineer include: * Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure
* Develop and enhance automation solutions using Python, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline deployment and operational processes
* Implement and manage containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes
* Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and other DevOps technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple programs to deliver scalable, secure, and mission-critical solutions
Required Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer include: * 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical disciplines
* Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Linux administration, and scripting within Linux environments
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GovCloud, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins
* Bachelor's degree highly preferred
* Active TS Clearance or higher required
Compensation for the DevOps Engineer include: * Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 a year depending on experience
