OpenStack DevOps Engineer (OpenStack, Ansible, Terraform, Linux, Python and/or Bash scripting, CI/CD)

Mandatory Skills

OpenStack (core services administration & troubleshooting)

Ansible

Terraform

Linux (strong system administration experience)

Python and/or Bash scripting

Good to Have

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)

Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools

CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)

Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure is a plus)

Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenStack DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, and Linux systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenStack environments along with solid scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities to support scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.

Exp required :

12+ years of overall IT experience

4+ years of hands-on OpenStack experience

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage OpenStack-based cloud infrastructure.

Administered core OpenStack services such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, and Keystone.

Hands-on experience creating and managing instances, images, flavors, security groups, networks, storage, and other OpenStack components.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments and configuration using Ansible and Terraform.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.

Manage and administer Linux-based systems across development, staging, and production environments.

Support, troubleshoot and optimize OpenStack services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, etc.).

Maintain documentation for operational procedures and system architecture.
