Position Overview
Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Joint Training Database Administrator to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7).
The Joint Training Database Administrator supports USSTRATCOM/J7 joint mission and individual training requirements through database administration, configuration management, analysis, and problem solving in support of mission training and compliance training requirements. This position supports JKO LMS and related training database functions, including data management, reporting, quality assurance, troubleshooting, user training, records management, and development of actionable training metrics for USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Support the Government with an organizational interface for JKO LMS problem resolution and management.
โ€ข Provide joint training database administration, analysis, and problem solving.
โ€ข Provide coordination and configuration management of the training database, including education and training products associated with mission training and compliance training requirements.
โ€ข Provide training database expertise to the Command, maintain currency with vendor products, and support database issue and problem resolution and management.
โ€ข Train individuals and groups on their assigned training database roles and responsibilities.
โ€ข Manage database fields and information including courses and offerings, registrations, learner records, enrollments, transcripts, competencies, learning resources, development plans, certifications, catalogs, subjects and curricula, online content, continuing education, management functions and approvals, and other database administrator responsibilities as required.
โ€ข Query and produce scheduled and ad hoc database reports.
โ€ข Conduct database analysis to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and data validity to produce meaningful and actionable metrics.
โ€ข Identify improvement opportunities, solve problems, and overcome database limitations by developing innovative solutions.
โ€ข Maintain, secure, archive, and reproduce historical student and instructor transcripts, records, and data.
โ€ข Provide system troubleshooting support to users and administrators.
โ€ข Perform quality assurance checks on content and functionality and ensure standardization of procedures and appearance.
โ€ข Facilitate mission area training and education courses for USSTRATCOM Headquarters.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข At least 3 years of experience with database administration and configuration management and experience in database analysis and problem solving.
โ€ข Demonstrated relevant experience in accomplishing:
? Support the Government with an organizational interface for JKO LMS problem resolution and management.
? Provide Joint Training Database administration, analysis, and problem solving, including coordination and configuration management of the training database and associated mission/compliance training products.
? Provide training database expertise to the Command, maintain currency with vendor products, and support database issue/problem resolution and management.
? Train individuals and groups on their assigned training database roles and responsibilities.
? Manage (create, search, edit, delete) database fields and information including courses and offerings, registrations, learner records, enrollments, transcripts, competencies, learning resources, development plans, certifications, catalogs, subjects and curricula, online content, continuing education, management functions and approvals, and other database administrator responsibilities as required.
? Query and produce scheduled and ad hoc database reports.
? Conduct database analysis to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and data validity to produce meaningful and actionable metrics.
? Identify improvement opportunities, solve problems, and overcome database limitations by developing innovative solutions.
