Key Responsibilities


Design, build, and maintain advanced Grafana dashboards for the Boomi platform and associated integrations.


Develop dashboards that monitor integration health, transaction volumes, processing times, error rates, failures, retries, and service availability.


Define meaningful metrics, visualizations, alerts, and thresholds for Boomi integration monitoring.


Collaborate with integration, application, infrastructure, SRE, and operations teams to identify monitoring and reporting requirements.


Analyze Boomi platform and integration data to identify trends, performance issues, recurring failures, and potential service risks.


Establish monitoring standards, dashboard templates, naming conventions, and documentation.


Improve observability across integration processes, environments, runtimes, and APIs.
