Job Description

As a Junior Demand Manager & Solution Analyst, you will support the digital transformation of our organization at the intersection of business and technology.

You will work closely with Demand Managers, business stakeholders, and technical experts to design and implement digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include both analytical tasks, such as structuring requirements and documenting workshops, and technical activities, such as enhancing digital platforms, automations, and reporting solutions.

This role is an ideal starting point for individuals who combine a strong interest in technology with a passion for consulting, communication, and problem-solving, and who aspire to develop towards Business Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Consulting roles.
Key Responsibilities

Demand Management & Business Analysis

  • Support the collection, clarification, and structuring of business requirements
  • Prepare and document workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
  • Maintain and improve documentation, templates, methods, and standards
  • Create presentations, management reports, and decision-making materials
  • Support demand evaluation, prioritization, and business value assessments
  • Document processes, requirements, decisions, and solution concepts

Solution Engineering & Platform Development

  • Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of internal digital platforms and applications
  • Implement smaller solution enhancements, configurations, and automations
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and business requirements
  • Support testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities
  • Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Analyze and prepare data from multiple sources

Communication & Facilitation

  • Support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and collaboration formats
  • Structure complex business and technical topics
  • Prepare discussion materials, recommendations, and decision options

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong interest in digital solutions, business processes, and emerging technologies
  • Analytical mindset and structured way of working
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Power BI (DAX, M)
