Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business & Data Analyst to join our growing team on an immediate basis. This is an urgent hiring requirement, and we are actively prioritizing candidates based in Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and managing business and data requirements across projects. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
