About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ERP Developer to support the design, development, integration, and customization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role will focus on enterprise-grade development, integrations, automation, extensibility, and platform optimization across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 F&O

  • Build and maintain integrations between D365 and internal/external systems

  • Develop solutions using X++, C#, .NET, Azure services, Power Platform, and REST APIs

  • Implement extension-first development approaches using Chain of Command (CoC), extensions framework, data entities, and business events

  • Support Dual-write and Dataverse integrations

  • Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions

  • Support release management and DevOps deployment processes

About You

  • 5+ years of Microsoft development experience

  • 3+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O development experience

  • Strong expertise with X++, C#, .NET, Azure integrations, and REST APIs

  • Experience with extension-based development, Chain of Command (CoC), data entities, business events, and DevOps pipelines

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer (MB-500) or equivalent certification

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate for integration workflows

  • Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment management

  • Experience mentoring junior developers or conducting technical code reviews

  • Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
