Production Tech 2 (DL) is an essential intermediate position within the Creation Technologies, tasked with handling moderately complex production technical process activities, advanced troubleshooting, and contributing to improvement projects. This role is a steppingstone for professionals looking to deepen their
manufacturing technical expertise, offering a blend of hands-on experience and involvement in improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting down to the root cause level and identification of
process improvement opportunities. This role supports technical activities under the guidance of the production team. This position demands a proactive approach, technical proficiency, and a commitment to continuous learning and
teamwork.

Engages in the setup and operation of Intermediate level manufacturing equipment to existing specifications,
ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Handles intermediate level production tasks and issues as necessary, ensuring compliance with quality
standards and that products meet process specifications and standards.
Provides support in basic daily and weekly appraisal and rudimentary maintenance of equipment and tools
necessary for the electronic manufacturing processes.
Demonstrates a in-depth knowledge of electronics processes and assembly, with an ability to interpret
technical documentation effectively.
Executes new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures compliance with industry standards and
safety regulations.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.66-$35.10. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.
