Junior Video Producer
We're searching for a Junior Video Producer to help create a wide variety of content - from social media videos, to radio, still shoots and live action productions. You'll elevate the execution through pre-production, production, and post-production. You'll play a role in managing the many facets of production from booking crews, casting talent to managing location shoots, budgets, timelines, through final asset delivery and billing. Must be a creative problem solver, intuitive, detail oriented, takes initiative, and is able to manage multiple projects. Must have a keen understanding of latest Social Media trends.

As a Junior Video Producer, you'll:
  • Prioritize, and scope projects based on Creative Task Requests/Briefs.

  • Partner with Creative Directors and Senior Producers to identify appropriate creative team and content gaps

  • Draft and track timelines to manage the creative pipeline from kickoff through approvals, accessibility compliance to final delivery.

  • Build great relationships with Account and Project Teams as the go-to source for project details, resourcing, and progress.

  • Manage and process related paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, releases, etc.

  • Be a student of the industry, you're up to date on the latest technology, social media trends, and tools for video/dynamic content in digital/social and advertising - bringing those options to Studio and to clients.

You'll need:
  • 2+ years of agency production experience

Additional Professional Attributes:
  • Line producing and production management skills for in-house productions

  • Overall knowledge of commercial and content production including AICP / AICE bidding and budget management

  • Ability to lead small- to medium integrated productions on time, on budget and on brief in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of post-production, including edit, color, animation, and audio.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in industry software and platforms such as MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, (Adobe Premier and Creative Suite a plus)

  • Manage, administer, and process all related paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, releases,

  • Established relationships with vendors, partners and freelancers and the ability to develop and cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and freelancers.

  • Shooting capabilities, a plus, but not mandatory
