Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Kotlin, Android architecture, and modern development practices, along with leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite – Need local candidates only)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and development of complex Android applications ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
  • Drive high-level design decisions and enforce SOLID principles across the codebase
  • Define and guide technical direction for Android development initiatives
  • Implement and promote usage of Jetpack libraries and Jetpack Compose
  • Design and develop responsive UI across multiple device types (phones, tablets, foldables)
  • Integrate third-party SDKs and manage dependencies following best practices
  • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, documentation, and test coverage
  • Implement unit testing and UI testing strategies
  • Mentor junior developers and support team skill development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of professional Android development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and advanced Android development concepts, including:
    • Coroutines and structured concurrency
    • Extension functions and higher-order functions
    • Dependency Injection frameworks (Hilt, Koin)
    • Custom Jetpack Compose components and modifiers
    • Modularization and multi-module architecture
    • Advanced error handling and functional programming concepts

  • Experience with secure authentication mechanisms:
    • Biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition)

    • SOLID principles
  • Experience with:
