Job Description We are seeking a Senior React Native Cross-Platform Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building secure, scalable React Native applications, native iOS/Android integrations, authentication, offline synchronization, push notifications, and enterprise mobile architecture and a proven ability to deliver production-grade mobile apps, optimize performance, and mentor developers. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React Native applications for iOS and Android. Build scalable and reusable mobile architectures with strong code quality and documentation. Integrate secure REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time services. Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, Security, and QA teams in Agile processes. Optimize performance, reliability, memory usage, and battery consumption. Implement authentication, secure storage, and platform permissions. Design and implement offline-first synchronization, conflict resolution, and retry strategies. Deliver push notifications, background processing, and location services features. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of software development experience with 5+ years building production React Native apps. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native architecture, React Navigation, Redux or Context API, and native modules. App Store and Google Play deployment experience, including release management. Expertise with iOS and Android lifecycles, background processing, deep/universal links, permissions, and native integrations. Authentication and security: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, JWT, Azure AD/Entra ID, MSAL, Auth0, Okta, Firebase Authentication, MFA, biometrics, secure session management, certificate pinning, and encrypted API communication. Secure storage with iOS Keychain, Android Keystore, and encrypted storage libraries. Offline data synchronization: offline-first design, background sync, delta sync, conflict detection and resolution, retry and queue-based strategies, and local databases such as SQLite, Realm, or WatermelonDB. Push notifications using FCM and APNs, including rich, silent, and actionable notifications; GPS, background location, geofencing, and map integrations. Networking and performance: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets/SignalR, caching, offline queues, retry strategies, memory and battery optimization, and crash analysis. Testing and DevOps: Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitrise, Fastlane, or App Center; TestFlight and Google Play release pipelines. Cloud and monitoring: Firebase services, Crashlytics, Sentry, Application Insights, or OpenTelemetry. Preferred Skills: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring engineers.
