Subscriber Conversion Team:

The Subscriber Conversion team owns the surfaces that turn learners into subscribers and keep them subscribed including in-app hooks and paywalls, the purchase flow, pricing and packaging, payments, and subscription partnerships. The team is highly experimental, running a steady stream of A/B tests across iOS, Android, backend, and web, and balances quick optimizations on high-traffic surfaces with larger bets like new tiers and partner offerings.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

The offered salary is dependent upon several factors, including work experience, skills, and internal peer comparisons. The posted range is subject to change in the future. Salary Range: $153,000 — $207,000 USD
