On average, this means 1-2 day(s) on-site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities. The salary range for this role is $101,000 - $113,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

As ATB's next Senior Digital Product Manager, Wealth, you will serve as a bridge in between business objectives, product vision and technical execution, ensuring the stability and continuous evolution of our digital wealth experience and technology systems. You will be responsible for breaking down the product strategy into execution milestones and release plans prioritizing new feature launches. Ultimately, your goal is to advocate for a seamless user experience and long-term technical integrity, utilizing post-launch metrics to validate enhancement delivers measurable value to our clients and stakeholders.

Accountabilities Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that translate problem statements, user experiences, and key performance metrics into actionable solutions for the Wealth experience. Establish prioritized product release plans and multi-quarter roadmaps, defining key delivery milestones aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate market shifts, competitor features, and emerging industry trends to identify high-value product opportunities within the Wealth landscape.

Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive testing plans to guide seamless sprint execution. Translate product goals into high-level technical specifications alongside architecture and engineering teams, balancing short-term delivery with long-term system stability and optimal user experience. Partner closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive user flows, defining and tracking post-launch metrics to measure adoption and behavioral impact.

Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders, translating complex technical updates into clear business insights during feature launches and system incidents. Map, document, and manage product release impacts on operational workflows in close collaboration with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. Drive product management excellence by coaching and mentoring junior team members, refining core competencies across PRD authoring, roadmap planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Skills, Experience & Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience leading digital products from ideation through launch. Experience within Canadian Wealth Management and Financial Services (REQUIRED). Track record of building, launching, and managing customer-facing digital applications at scale across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Demonstrated experience navigating major product launches serving tens of thousands of active users simultaneously. Strong ability to parse API documentation, map data flows, and architect how front-end portals interface with legacy back-end banking systems. Deep understanding of how to present complex financial information., such as portfolio holdings, performance charts, and tax reporting into clean, intuitive user experiences

Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and user behavior analytics to transform raw engagement metrics into actionable product improvements. Experience executing complex, multi-team implementations across matrixed organizations and varied tech stacks. Strong collaborative posture working alongside Project Managers and the central PMO to ensure predictable timeline and resource execution.
