The Opportunity

Join the team as a Business Continuity Analyst supporting the Enterprise Resilience

team. In this role, you will help maintain critical continuity of documentation,

support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and coordinate activities that strengthen

our ability to operate during disruptions. You will also leverage AI-enabled

tools to enhance documentation quality, streamline analysis, and improve program

efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Support BIA work by gathering data, updating documentation, and ensuring

accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with program documentation including assessments, recovery

plans, and updates guided by analysts.

• Prepare and track action items and manage program documentation

• Use AI-driven tools to streamline data collection, summarize inputs, and

enhance reporting.

• Provide general program coordination to keep operations running

smoothly.

What You Need to Succeed

• 1–5 years of experience in business continuity, emergency management,

risk, operations, or project coordination.

• Foundational understanding of business processes, technology

environments, and risk concepts.

• Experience with SharePoint; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar

resilience platforms.

• Ability to use AI tools for documentation, analysis, and process efficiency.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus strong analytical,
