Registered Dietitian - Part-Time | Los Angeles, CA (Westlake North area, near downtown)
Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support an adult daycare in Los Angeles, CA. This opportunity starts in June 8th, with 20 - 40 hours/week of work.

Your Assignment Will Include:
  • Completing clinical nutrition assessments and provide nutritional education
  • Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
  • Collaborating with and functioning as a member of the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintaining regular attendance at and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Monitoring monthly weights, skin breakdown, and other nutrition-related concerns
  • Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
  • Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
  • Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
