Job description

Operations Leader - Indianapolis HQ
Clark's White Glove Delivery
Clark's White Glove Delivery is looking for a driven Operations Leader to run our Indianapolis headquarters location - the foundation of our company and home to our largest and longest-standing client relationships.
For over 25 years, Clark's has been the trusted partner for the top interior designers, furniture retailers, and luxury brands across the Midwest. We don't just deliver furniture - we provide the final experience our clients' customers remember.
Our Indianapolis operation runs 5-6 outbound delivery trucks daily, supported by a talented warehouse, delivery, and office team. We are looking for a leader who brings energy, accountability, and a passion for building a winning team.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of our Indianapolis HQ location
  • Build, coach, and develop warehouse and delivery team members
  • Maintain the highest standards for white glove service, professionalism, and client experience
  • Oversee daily routing, scheduling, receiving, inspections, and warehouse flow
  • Drive accountability through performance metrics, team meetings, and clear expectations
  • Work directly with high-end interior designers and luxury furniture clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and profitability
  • Create a culture where employees take pride in their work and want to grow
Who We're Looking For:
We are not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We need a hands-on leader who is willing to jump in, solve problems, and lead from the front.
The ideal candidate is:
  • A natural leader who knows how to motivate a team
  • Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Competitive and always looking for ways to improve
  • A strong communicator with employees and clients
  • Someone who takes ownership instead of making excuses
  • Comfortable holding people accountable while building strong relationships
Experience That Helps:
  • Operations management
  • Warehouse or logistics leadership
  • Furniture, moving, delivery, or installation experience
  • Hospitality or other high-level customer service industries
  • Team leadership experience
Why Join Clark's?
Clark's is growing quickly with locations across the Midwest, but we are still built on family values and a team-first culture. This position is not just about managing today's operation - it is about helping build the future of the company.
Our best leaders are people who want ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to make an impact.
If you want to lead a team, solve real problems, and be part of a company that is continuing to grow, we want to meet you.
