To thrive as a Jump Crew member, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of horse show jumping rules, often gained through equestrian experience or specialized training. Familiarity with arena setup tools and safety equipment is typically required, along with knowledge of event management protocols. Effective teamwork, quick problem-solving, and strong communication skills help you adapt to changing show conditions and collaborate with event staff. These competencies ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of equestrian events, directly impacting the success of competitions.

What is a jump crew?

Jump Crew jobs involve assisting with the setup and maintenance of jumps and obstacles during equestrian events, such as show jumping competitions. Jump Crew members are responsible for safely and efficiently arranging, repairing, and resetting fences or jumps when they are knocked down during a competition. The role requires attention to detail, quick reflexes, and teamwork, as the pace of events can be fast. Many Jump Crew positions are part-time or volunteer roles that offer valuable experience for those interested in the equestrian industry.

As a Jump Crew member, your primary responsibilities include setting up and adjusting jumps according to course designer specifications, ensuring safety standards are met, and repairing fences after each round. Job description

About Us:
At Little Caesars, we are all about pizza, people, and having fun while getting the job done! We are looking for energetic, reliable Team Members to join our crew.

What makes our store different:
You will not be stuck doing heavy manual labor like you would at a traditional pizza shop. We are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that does the heavy lifting for you—meaning the dough making, balling, and flattening processes are highly automated and easy to manage!

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Primary Focus: Master the prep station! You will be responsible for expertly crafting our famous pizzas by applying the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings at a fast pace.

  • Maintain a quick, efficient rhythm on the make-line to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, even during peak rushes.

  • Step in to assist with general crew duties when needed, such as greeting customers with a smile and providing excellent, fast service.

  • Operate our state-of-the-art dough equipment—no heavy manual balling or flattening required!

  • Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.

  • Keep the prep line, kitchen, lobby, and workstations clean, stocked, and safe.

  • Assist with opening or closing duties depending on your shift.

What You Need (Requirements):

  • Experience: Previous experience in food prep or a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred.

  • Speed & Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly, work fast under pressure, and maintain high-quality standards during busy hours.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team wherever needed.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Basic communication and customer service skills.

Why Work With Us?

  • Modern Equipment: Work smarter, not harder! Our automated dough machinery saves you from the heavy physical labor found at other pizza joints.

  • Flexible Scheduling: We work around your school, family, or second job schedules.

  • Free/Discounted Food: Enjoy free or heavily discounted pizza during your shifts!

  • Casual Uniform: Comfortable work environment with comfortable uniform shirts!

  • Career Growth: We love to promote from within—start as a Team Member and grow into a Shift Lead or Manager.

Pay: $10+ / hour (Starting pay based on experience)
