Job: AI/ML Engineer 
Location: Fairfax, VA, Washington, DC, Silver Spring, MD, Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE
Contact: 12+ Months
Looking for W2 candidates. No C2C

Responsibilities
•    Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for business applications. 
•    Build NLP and computer vision solutions using modern AI frameworks. 
•    Implement data pipelines for model training and inference. 
•    Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization. 
•    Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams. 
•    Document AI solutions and follow MLOps best practices. 

Mandatory Skills
•    6+ years of AI/ML development experience. 
•    Strong Python programming skills. 
•    Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas. 
•    Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Langchain, and RAG. 
•    Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. 
•    SQL, Git, Docker, and REST APIs. 

Preferred Skills
•    MLflow or Kubeflow. 
•    Apache Spark/PySpark. 
•    Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS). 
•    Kubernetes. 
•    Snowflake or Databricks. 
•    Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills.
