Your tasks

  • Assure plant-wide monitoring of production equipment, prevent production downtime, continually assessing all risks and factors that may interrupt production lines, and assure backup redundancies and cybersecurity resilience of key equipment of Brose New Boston Plant. Supervise two professional IT User and System Supporters (1 with bachelor's degree in business administration-information systems management; and 1 with bachelor's degree, computer information systems). Plan, administer, and assure proper configuration, functioning, installation, and support of plant information technology infrastructures including software; databases; Windows, Linux, and VMware vSphere ESXi virtual servers, Dell servers/backup servers; network storage systems; switches; routers/telecommunication equipment; wired and wireless networks; VoIP systems; performance/production devices; multi-functional printers; workstations; time and attendance equipment; client end devices with software distribution systems; video/audio conferencing systems; and iET ticket system.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor, Computer Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
  • Twenty-four months' experience as IT Support Engineer, IT Coordinator, IT Manager, or related, administering and assuring proper configuration, functioning, installation, and support of plant IT infrastructures including virtual/backup servers; network storage systems; switches; routers/telecommunication equipment; wired and wireless networks; production devices; workstations; client end devices with software distribution systems; video/audio conferencing systems; and iET ticket system, or related.
