Why We're Hiring

We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Studio Operations Intern to join our dynamic studio operations content team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the media production industry. As an intern, you will support various aspects of studio operations, including production assistance, equipment management, and general administrative tasks. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining invaluable insights into the production process from concept to completion.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in Production Set-Up and Breakdown: Support the team with setting up and dismantling equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound, and props.
  • Equipment Management: Help manage and maintain studio equipment, ensuring all tools and gear are in working condition and properly stored.
  • Production Assistance: Provide on-set support during shoots, such as coordinating talent, assisting with camera setups, handling cables, and ensuring a smooth production flow.
  • Studio Organization: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio, including organizing supplies, managing props, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Help with scheduling, data entry, and other clerical tasks to ensure the studio runs efficiently.
  • Post-Production Assistance: Assist in basic post-production tasks, including file organization, media management, and media ingest so our post team can have access. 
  • Collaboration: Work with the media production and operations team on various projects, contributing to brainstorming sessions and gaining exposure to different areas of media production.
Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to expect the unexpected, and exercise mental flexibility
