NOW HIRING: Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC) | Plano, TX


I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Plano, TX area that is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team.


This opportunity is ideal for:


An Assistant Project Manager with 4-5+ years of experience who is ready for their first true PM role


OR


A newer Project Manager with 1-3 years of PM experience looking for long-term growth with a company that values development and internal advancement


What we're looking for:

  • Commercial mechanical/HVAC construction experience
  • Experience with chilled water and air-side systems
  • Mechanical subcontractor background required
  • Strong understanding of project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and change management
  • Desire to grow within a company rather than step into upper management immediately
