Healthcare, Science & Technology, Education, Government, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial

OVERVIEW

Create construction drawings for the project owner, coordination and communication between the design team and the client/ customer, provide project management oversight, and support throughout the entire construction process.

 

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary (A&E) project types

• Project Manager for engineering projects

• Interface with clients

• Generate and track project delivery schedule, fees, budgets

• Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling

REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• BSME, BSAE, or similar with 3+ yrs of US experience post degree

• REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace or IES VE Energy Modeling software

• EIT, PE, LEED Preferred
