Quevera is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.

In this role, you will serve as a core engineer supporting enterprise web applications deployed within AWS environments. You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable web solutions while contributing across the full technology stack, including user interfaces, APIs, and backend services. Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with software engineers, system engineers, and mission stakeholders to build reliable applications, optimize performance, and support critical national security missions.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented engineers, contribute to innovative solutions, and expand your expertise across cloud technologies, modern web frameworks, and enterprise-scale systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and enterprise services.
  • Build and enhance APIs, user interfaces, and backend data integrations.
  • Support production environments by monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Contribute to system architecture, technical design decisions, scalability, and security improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate work, and deliver solutions in an Agile development environment.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote software development best practices.
  • Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications following established coding standards.
  • Deploy, configure, and support applications within Linux and cloud-based environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Seven (7) years of Software Engineering experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Four (4) additional years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Active Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher compliant with DoD 8570 (SEC+; CAP; CND; Cloud+; GSLC; HCISSP, etc.) is required.
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
    • PHP
    • .NET/C#
    • Java
    • Node.js
    • Python
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • Vue.js
    • React
  • Experience supporting Linux-based environments, including service configuration, log analysis, networking fundamentals, and automation.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization concepts, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience working with relational databases and query optimization techniques.
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS services such as IAM, EC2, Application Load Balancers (ALB), S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with Azure cloud environments.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Nginx, Apache, or Tomcat web servers.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
  • Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience supporting production systems and participating in incident response activities.
