In this role, you’ll support process improvements, help develop and refine manufacturing methods, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our PCBA production environment.

Responsibilities of the Jr. Process Engineer:

  • Support process improvements and assist in developing new or updated manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, tools, and technologies.
  • Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing practices.
  • Train and support production personnel on process improvements, equipment operation, and best‑practice assembly techniques.
