Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) in Wichita, KS, is seeking a curious and driven Business Data Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) team in Wichita, KS or Tulsa, OK. In this role, you'll work with business and IT partners to turn data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and reporting that support operational and strategic decisions across our Equipment, Technology, and Services (ET&S) business. You'll gain hands-on experience solving business problems, improving data quality, and helping drive profitable transformation. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that create long-term business value.
  • Apply business acumen, analytical thinking, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable data, analytics, and technology solutions that enable better decision-making and outcomes.
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to design solutions that improve performance, unlock value, and advance strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with solutions delivery leads, data engineers, developers, architects, analysts, product owners, and IT partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support solution design, validation, testing, deployment, change management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting people, processes, data, and technology to create lasting value.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Professional or educational experience working with data and analytics
  • Experience presenting data, analysis, or recommendations through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience
  • Experience working with data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience using GenAI to create work efficiencies
