Provides infrastructure, deployment, and support expertise with specific focus in the area of middleware applications and technologies.

Provides infrastructure, deployment, and support expertise with specific focus in the area of middleware applications and technologies, including Red Hat JBoss FUSE clusters, Jenkins, and SVN. Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves problems in the middleware integration environment such as the application server layer and other integration layers collaborating with others, such as developers, DBAs, and QA staff for continuous process improvement and high quality delivery on time. Participates in troubleshooting with other staff on the web, middleware, and database layer as needed, such as for load balancing or configuration issues. Assists in developing policies, procedures, and standards for installing and configuring Java middleware, IBM WebSphere, and other web-based applications and environments. Implements enhancements and maintenance of middleware application systems.

Configure, implement, and automate Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines for software delivery teams utilizing Jenkins and other supporting tools.

Experience integrating multiple levels of automated testing into a continuous integration pipeline.Experienced in software development and release processes utilizing latest strategies and system level tools.

Partners with enterprise architecture teams to determine solution approach on technology solutions implemented, when applicable

Knowledge of SOA related technologies and methodologies and web services access protocols such as SOAP and REST.

Local candidates preferred, but not required.Minimal supervision required.In addition, this person will be required to provide 24x7 after hours support on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Responsibilities:

Fuse 6.x, Jenkins 2.x, SVN,IBM WebSphere 8.5.x Understands and adheres to proper change control procedures. 

Maintains technical documentation to reflect changes to the environment.

Develops automation scripts to accomplish day to day system administration and other automation tasks.

Analyze system and application logs and identify potential issues.

Answer technical queries and assisting users.
