Job description

The Opportunity: 

As the Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will report to the Facility Engineer and will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs to the building, equipment, and grounds while establishing a safe environment for the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regulatory compliance in the facility such as fire system testing, inspection, and escalation
  • Perform maintenance on conveyor, motors, dock plates, etc.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and implement low voltage systems
  • Execute special projects in the facility as needed


What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years in a facilities/maintenance type role (particularly in a warehouse/distribution center).
  • Experience diagnosing and documenting equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and handling repairs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems and components of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other building support systems.
  • Experience carrying out electrical or mechanical maintenance to include predictive and preventive planned maintenance.
  • Must be able to read and understand mechanical schematics and blueprints.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the use and handling of hand and power tools.
  • A strong foundation of problem-solving skills and written and verbal communication skills.
