Job description
Who we are: Build the infrastructure that moves America forward.
If you've driven on a highway in North America, there's a good chance Infotech software helped build it. We create the tools that power road construction from bid to build - digital bidding, cost estimation, document signing, inspection, and more. 88% of U.S. state transportation agencies rely on our software to deliver infrastructure projects with transparency, accuracy, and compliance.
We're a Certified™ Great Place to Work® headquartered in Gainesville, Florida, and with talented employees across the country, we're looking for individuals to help achieve our mission. If you're driven, collaborative, and ready to do work that genuinely matters, keep reading.
What you'll do
As our Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as a pivotal revenue driver and the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, including state Department of Transportation (DOT) agencies, turnpike authorities, and local public agency (LPA) programs. You will lead all phases of the sales cycle - from discovery, pipeline creation, and value-focused presentations to managing complex procurement regulations and closing business. Working closely with internal teams like Commercial Account Executives, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, you will maximize client retention, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and deliver high-impact solutions that move America's infrastructure forward.
What you bring
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 4 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and cloud/office tools (Google Cloud Platform/G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Proven skills in prospecting, discovery, scoping, negotiation, and presenting value-driven business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales pipelines and navigate complex enterprise accounts.
Nice to have:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in state and local government territory software sales and account management with a track record of winning new business.
- Background in construction management, civil engineering, or agency environments.
- Understanding of enterprise purchasing complexities, including annual budget/procurement cycles, state and national purchasing regulations, and RFP requirements.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Same Side Selling, The Qualified Sales Leader, or The JOLT Effect.
