Job Description

General Summary:

  • Burrito Rollers perform a wide variety of duties in the overall operation of Taco Del Sol.
  • ย 
  • Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Portion and assemble menu items.
  • Maintain high level of customer service.
  • Greet and assist customers with orders.
  • Take phone orders.
  • Stock items in shop as needed.
  • Accurately operate cash register and credit card terminal.
  • Follow proper cash management procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Prep perishable foods.
  • Wash dishes.
  • Cover all scheduled shifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of all Taco del Sol policies.
  • Knowledge of order taking procedures.
  • Knowledge of all proper food handling procedures.
  • Knowledge of all safety and health procedures.
  • Skill in proper operation of restaurant equipment.
