A joint rolling role often requires maintaining consistent quality and speed while adhering to strict hygiene and regulatory standards. Common challenges include managing repetitive motions, minimizing product waste, and meeting specific weight and appearance requirements for each joint. Effective management involves developing efficient techniques, staying organized, and collaborating closely with quality control and packaging teams to ensure compliance and productivity. Many companies also provide training and ergonomic tools to help mitigate physical strain and improve accuracy.

What are joint rollers?

Joint rollers are professionals who specialize in rolling cannabis into joints, either by hand or using rolling machines. They are often employed by cannabis companies, dispensaries, or manufacturers to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in pre-rolled products. The role may also include tasks such as weighing, packaging, and labeling joints. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and knowledge of cannabis strains are important skills for this job.

Job description

Chiropractor — Saturday Coverage
The Joint Chiropractic — Missoula, MT

About Us:
The Joint Chiropractic in Missoula is a high-volume, membership-based chiropractic clinic committed to making quality chiropractic care accessible to everyone. We operate on a walk-in model with no appointments necessary, serving a loyal base of members and new patients every day of the week.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic for Saturday coverage on a part-time or per-diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor looking to supplement their income, a new grad building their clinical hours, or a semi-retired DC who enjoys staying active. Saturdays are consistently one of our busiest days, so we need someone who is confident, efficient, and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform chiropractic adjustments for walk-in patients and members using a variety of techniques.
  • Conduct brief patient intakes and health history reviews prior to the first adjustment.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience aligned with The Joint's clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in our practice management system.
  • Communicate clearly with patients about their care and answer questions in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to all state licensing requirements, clinic protocols, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active Montana chiropractic license in good standing (or ability to obtain one).
  • Comfortable with high patient volume — The Joint model is efficient and fast-paced.
  • Strong diversified adjusting technique; additional techniques (Activator, Thompson, etc.) are a plus.
  • Reliable — Saturday coverage must be dependable; we count on this shift being covered.
  • Professional, personable, and patient-focused demeanor.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule & Compensation:
  • Saturdays — hours TBD based on clinic schedule (typically morning through mid-afternoon).
  • Part-time or per-diem arrangement.
  • Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
  • Complimentary chiropractic care for you as a provider.
  • Potential to expand hours if interest and availability align.

How to Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief note about your adjusting background and availability. We review applications on a rolling basis and will reach out to schedule a conversation with qualified candidates.
