As a Licensed Physical Therapist at our Pembroke Pines rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite within a vibrant team-oriented atmosphere. • Provide direct clinical support to patients by assessing their physical status, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions that adhere to established best practices.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on responses to intervention.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient goals and coordinate cohesive care plans that support holistic recovery.

In your role as a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities stemming from injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, or age-related issues. • Possession of a valid and active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
