Job description

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Concrete Superintendent for our clients growing team in Southeast Michigan. If youre a field-driven construction leader who knows how to manage crews, solve problems, and keep commercial concrete projects moving safely and efficiently, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership from start to finish. Youll play a key part in delivering high-quality work on schedule while leading teams that take pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise field crews on commercial concrete construction projects.
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily jobsite activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor project schedules and adjust manpower and resources to meet deadlines.
Identify field issues and implement practical solutions to minimize delays and maintain production goals
Train, mentor, and develop field personnel while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite throughout the duration of each project.
What We Are Looking For
710+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
Previous experience supervising crews on commercial concrete projects.
Strong knowledge of: Concrete placement and finishing techniques; Reinforcing steel; Site preparation; Layout and grading; Concrete curing methods; Equipment operation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Experience coordinating multiple crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as project demands require.
