Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations and supervise installation of complex electrical systems on mission‑critical construction projects.

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day jobsite operations, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role requires strong leadership, deep electrical construction knowledge, and experience working on large commercial or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead field operations for large‑scale electrical construction projects
  • Manage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, and other trades
  • Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company and site standards
  • Oversee installation of conduit, cable tray, busway, and power distribution systems
  • Maintain project schedule, productivity, and quality standards
  • Participate in coordination meetings and construction planning
  • Support commissioning, testing, and final project turnover
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Experience supervising large commercial or industrial electrical projects
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and jobsite coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on data centers, semiconductor fabs, or mission‑critical facilities
  • Experience coordinating large electrical crews and complex installations
  • Familiarity with fast‑track construction schedules
  • OSHA training or equivalent safety certifications
