  • Produce comprehensive training products and instruct classes as needed.
  • Develop and expand training program scope to support multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Leverage subjectmatter expertise to guide stakeholders toward training strategies that honor organizational culture and objectives.

  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System, including content and user records.
  • Prepare and oversee the training budget, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Evaluate training materials and manage training applications.
  • Strong presentation development and delivery capabilities.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Mastery of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced).
  • Ability to manage varied workloads with flexibility, creativity, and persistence.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting enterpriselevel training operations.
