About The Role

Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Facility Manager to lead facilities operations across a portfolio of high-profile properties. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, regulatory compliance, cost control, and strong client relationships.

This role is ideal for a seasoned facilities professional with leadership capability, technical expertise, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across assigned properties.
  • Manage M&E systems, maintenance programmes, and service providers.
  • Lead and develop on-site teams and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, service charge expenditure, and cost control.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide regular performance reports.

Person Specification

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in facilities management with leadership responsibility.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and HSE compliance.
  • Excellent people management and client relationship skills.
  • Highly organised, professional, and solutions-oriented.
