Description
  • Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts while crafting personalized treatment strategies

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress adhering to facility standards and regulatory norms
  • Engage in interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds to enhance coordinated care
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program
Certifications
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Specialized certifications (like neurological or geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory

  • Previous experience strongly preferred
