About the position:

As an Sales Representative at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will be a vital part of our sales team, handling incoming calls from customers interested in our insurance services. This entry-level position offers significant opportunities for growth within the BPO industry, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance services to establish new insurance policies.
  • Maintain proper telephone etiquette and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Adhere to established call center guidelines and company policies while answering calls.
  • Work effectively with co-workers, agents, policyholders, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, communicating results via telephone and/or written correspondence to policyholders, agents, or other departments.
  • Perform computer inquiries and data entry related to customer accounts.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain records and policy files according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance in meetings with a defined work schedule.
  • Engage in bonus incentive programs upon successful completion of training and licensing requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • CSR experience of six months or English proficiency - Mid level
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in telephone etiquette.
  • Proactive approach to researching and resolving inquiries promptly.
