Our solutions are designed and managed to not only reduce costs, but to improve business processes, accelerate response time, improve services to end-users, and give our customers a competitive edge, now and into the future.  Position Overview The Special Operations Support Policy Staff Officer III will provide critical support to the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)). This role involves supporting the oversight, management, and development of policies related to sensitive activities and special operations. Work Location:  Pentagon, Arlington, VA Clearance:   TS/SCI Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors Policy Development and Coordination: * Support the oversight, management, and coordination of complex sensitive programs and activities.

* Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating the development of policies related to sensitive activities and support for issues requiring short notice information and decision support for DoW senior leaders. Research and Analysis: * Gather, synthesize, and prepare background information and read-ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and intelligence-related policy, program, and activity support to special operations, including counterterrorism and irregular warfare. Strategy and Policy Implementation: * Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of sensitive activities.

* Assist in implementing solutions that aid in decision-making processes related to special operations. Education and Minimum Qualifications * Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance. * Bachelor’s Degree is required.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Special Operations Forces and/or clandestine operations. * Minimum of 5 years of experience with developing policy and providing recommendations * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities.
