LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team! Are you an initiative-taking and entrepreneurial individual who thrives at building meaningful relationships? If so, LeadVenture is growing, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team!
 
This position will be fast paced, with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume, prospecting, cold calling, and customer feedback. You will act as the first source for sales and business development between potential new clients and vendors. We are looking for motivated and hungry candidates fueled by the desire to succeed, ready to get both feet wet in a sales setting, and continue our revenue growth.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:  
  • 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience 
  • Associates degree preferred (But not required)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager.
  • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
  • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Base Salary of $40,000 plus commission, with On Target Earnings up to $55,000 a year.
