Ensure delivery meets contractual commitments, compliance with client requirements, and drive continuous quality improvement through centralised reporting and performance management. Objectives: - Analyse service performance against targets, identify root causes of failures, and assign responsibility (Internal, Client, or third parties). -Develop and share performance dashboards (monthly/quarterly), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Investigate and challenge reasons for performance failures to ensure transparency and objectivity. - Create and implement relevant KPIs tailored to client industries and contractual obligations. - Collaborate with local and regional teams to harmonise automated reporting across countries.

- Work with heads of Vertical Markets (VM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM) to ensure regular reviews and gather client feedback. - Support the sales team during tenders and contract finalisation by defining measurable KPIs and realistic targets. - Promote awareness and understanding of performance management within the network.

- Report monthly to HQ on issues and challenges by country and key account. This list is not exhaustive. Reports to: PM Supervisor PROFILE Education : - Bachelor or Master degree (Bac +3/5) Experience - 2 years in transport and logistics - Reporting/BI skills Personal skills - Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive - Agile and solution-oriented.
