Lead Architect - Operations Solutions Finland Location

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our team and take responsibility for designing and developing business-critical solutions that drive operational excellence and support our strategic goals. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, and IT security standards. You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business and technology, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys working in complex environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and influencing technology decisions that have a real impact on the business. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and guide solution architectures in alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and define business requirements.
  • Evaluate, select, and provide direction on technology solutions and architectural approaches.
  • Support development and implementation teams, ensuring technical quality throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, reliable, and cost‑efficient.
  • Drive compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance requirements.
  • Provide architectural leadership and contribute to the continuous evolution of architecture practices and standards.
