Job description

Tree Products Hardwoods was founded in 1978 and is focused on industrial and retail consumers. Hardwood Lumber, Plywood, and Custom Mouldings. Sizable inventories with delivery trucks circulating throughout Oregon daily.
Tree Products, located in Eugene, Oregon is looking for a conscientious CDL Truck driver dedicated to delivering orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL, Class A license with a clean driving record
- Must have a current Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and pass random drug and alcohol testing per DOT requirements
- Able to drive manual transmission
- Ability to read, write and speak English
-Ability to problem solve without supervision.
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility, ability to work early shift Monday-Friday, and overtime
- Ability to lift and move product up to 100 lbs.
- Forklift experience a plus
CDL Truck Drivers are responsible for:
- Driving safely and following DOT regulations
- Delivering materials to different addresses through varying routes
- Picking up materials from vendors and suppliers
- Loading and unloading products on 32' - 46' curtain trailers by hand and by forklift, securing loads
- Vehicle pre-trip inspection, maintenance
- Adhering to company operating policies and procedures
- Processing accurate paperwork
- Maintaining clean, organized work environment
