NOW HIRING: Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the staffing needs of the facility, ensuring that all shifts are covered with qualified personnel to maintain high-quality care for our residents.

Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Coordinate and manage staffing changes due to call-offs, vacations, or other absences.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on census and resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, schedules, and payroll information.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and other staffing-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal staffing regulations and guidelines.
  • Address staffing-related concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a staffing or scheduling role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
