• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns effectively while incorporating evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, fostering significant personal development.
• Establish therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients and monitor their ongoing progress throughout treatment.
• Deliver high-quality teletherapy sessions, utilizing telecommunication technologies to maintain an engaging and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and practice guidelines.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the mental health field.

Our practice focuses on helping individuals deal with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse clientele, offering both individuals and families the support they need to navigate their unique journeys. As an LMFT, you will build strong, trust-based therapeutic relationships, employing empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude that encourages clients to express their experiences and emotions freely.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with clients and co-workers.
• A strong sense of empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental approach towards diverse client experiences and struggles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for effective case management and administrative responsibilities.

Experience in providing therapy in a virtual environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices related to addiction treatment, trauma-informed therapy, or family dynamics will be advantageous. Previous engagement in group therapy settings is also a benefit.
