Job Description
The heavy vehicle driver handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.
Salary: $14-$25 per hour
Qualifications
  • Valid Category 4 UAE License for heavy vehicle driving
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience driving heavy vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, particularly in the UAE and Dubai
  • Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to transportation laws
  • Basic vehicle maintenance skills
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
